About Good Vibes LLC

Hey hi, how are ya?! I am really excited to offer a few things that I’ve used to soothe my own nervous system and heal after a career in the Army which left me feeling broken and disconnected from community and myself. After the confluence of physical and moral injury prevented me from continuing to serve, I tried everything to reduce the symptoms I felt - the debilitating migraines, back pain, gut issues, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, and relational issues. Sound familiar? Yep - it’s complex trauma. And odds are, if you are reading this page, you probably are familiar with it. Also known as Operator Syndrome, essentially my body was stuck in the red zone of fight or flight and was shutting down. I was also suffering from compassion fatigue from helping the best I could with rescuing my Afghan allies from their country as Kabul fell. As a last ditch effort, I did a trauma-based intensive outpatient program, then was prescribed yoga therapy and THC. These last few things saved my life. I then went on to find great healing in the jungles of Peru with ayahuasca. It was so profound that I came home with a renewed purpose - to help others find the healing vibes that I was able to find through all of these modalities. It’s been several years since then, and now I’ve gathered a handful of skills that are really helpful for people navigating life changes and walking the path of healing, stepping more into alignment with their passion, truth, and purpose. I love to work with all of these things - yoga, sound healing, surfing, and coaching, to help others and continue processing my own things in parallel. So if any of that resonates with you, let’s create some good vibes together!
